I believe that the more one is exposed to any theatre experience - whether as an audience member, as an actor, or in the technical crew-, the more new perspectives and insights can be found regarding how theatre can be used to change the world.
Born in California, I grew up in Mexico and have been involved in Theatre and Dance since a young age, performing in both Spanish and English. I practiced ballet from elementary to high school and later focused on acting and musical theatre continuing into college. I graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College with a B.A. in Theatre and a minor in Strategic Communication; a focus in Social Justice Theatre and Latin American Studies were instrumental to my education and continue to influence my current pursuits in the industry.
